An adjustable bar solves the problem fixed bars have: one spread does not suit every person or every position. The Edge Adjustable Spreader Bar expands from 28.5 to 37 inches, and the index lines along the shaft mean you can find the same setting again next time instead of guessing.

It is anodized aluminum with nickel-free hardware, light in the hand and rigid under load, and it breaks down into shorter sections for storage or travel. Three clip points, one at each end and one at the center, let you attach wrist, arm, or ankle cuffs in more than one configuration.

It is described as hoistable, which means it is built to be lifted rather than just laid flat. Wipe it down with a damp cloth and store it broken down.

Educator's Note: Adjustability is a safety feature, so use it as one. Have your partner get into position without the bar and find where the stretch stops being comfortable, then set the bar shorter than that and work up across sessions rather than starting at the top of the range. Thirty-seven inches is a wide spread, and the hips and shoulders take the load. A stretch that feels fine for two minutes can ache for two days, so ask about the joints specifically rather than asking how they feel in general. Confirm the sections are locked before any weight goes on it. Attach the bar last, remove it first, keep a release within reach, and never leave someone in it alone.

In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, the customer is responsible for covering the fee to reship.
