We also take confidentiality very seriously with regards to what is discussed/shared with us over the phone and via email/website. We will never reveal anything about your shopping experience with anyone else.

All orders are discreetly shipped from "NALCOR" in plain brown packaging or US Postal Service packaging. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, MOTHERLODE, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.
