Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, most vibrating toys have manufacturers' warranties.
If you are having trouble with a toy you purchased from us, you are welcome to contact the manufacturer directly, or we are happy to help troubleshoot the issue. Please email us at hi@ageosexploration.org to begin troubleshooting.
