The drawstring closure keeps it discreet and travel-friendly, and it works alongside your regular toy cleaner, not as a replacement for it.

Educator's Note: UV sterilization is a great addition to toy care, but it works best alongside regular washing with a toy cleaner or mild soap and water, not instead of it. Always check that a toy's material is body-safe and non-porous for the most thorough clean.

All of our products ship from a warehouse in either Arizona or Michigan.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically ship within 3-4 business days.  You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. 

All orders are discreetly shipped from "NALCOR" in plain packaging or US Postal Service packaging. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, MOTHERLODE, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.

It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state or country.

In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, the customer is responsible for covering the fee to reship.
