Keeping toys clean is one of those unglamorous but important parts of pleasure, and JO Refresh makes it painless. A few pumps of foam cling to the surface, break down residue, and rinse away clean in under a minute, no scrubbing or lingering smell involved.

It's formulated without parabens, alcohol, or triclosan, so it's gentle enough for frequent use without drying out silicone or other toy materials.

Educator's Note
Cleaning toys between uses (and definitely between partners) matters for more than just hygiene. It also extends the life of the toy itself, since leftover lube or bodily fluid residue can break down materials like silicone and TPE over time. I've changed my stance on toy cleaners - I used to not sell them because you can just use unscented hand soap, but lovingly, I don't trust y'all to have that hanging around!

All of our products ship from a warehouse in either Arizona or Michigan.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically ship within 3-4 business days.  You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. 

All orders are discreetly shipped from "NALCOR" in plain packaging or US Postal Service packaging. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, MOTHERLODE, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.

It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state or country.

In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, the customer is responsible for covering the fee to reship.

We cannot be held responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. We will do our best to support you in righting the situation, but we cannot guarantee a re-shipment or a refund.
