The Pivot Positioner Plus is a larger ramp-style cushion built for people who want more comfort, better angles, and less strain during sex. Whether mobility is a consideration or you just want to stop readjusting every five minutes, this wedge does a lot of quiet, unglamorous work that makes intimacy more enjoyable. The sloped shape tilts the hips upward to improve access and depth without requiring awkward propping with regular pillows.

The foam core is high-density and flexible, meaning it holds its shape under pressure while still feeling supportive rather than rigid. The hook-and-loop exterior is designed to connect with other Pivot-series accessories, so you can attach a vibrator or dildo holder and free up your hands entirely. All of our products ship from a warehouse in either Arizona or Michigan.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically ship within 3-4 business days.  You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. 

All orders are discreetly shipped from "NALCOR" in plain packaging or US Postal Service packaging. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, MOTHERLODE, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.

It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state or country.

In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, the customer is responsible for covering the fee to reship.

We cannot be held responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. We will do our best to support you in righting the situation, but we cannot guarantee a re-shipment or a refund.
